ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Keep Moving: All skaters must keep moving and follow the designated skating direction.
  • No Sliding or Diving: Intentional sliding, diving, or rough play on the ice is prohibited.
  • Respect the Ice and Dasher Boards: Do not kick, chip, or damage the ice surface or dasher boards.
  • Limited Skating Partners: A maximum of two skaters may hold hands at a time. Human chains or linking with more than two skaters is not allowed.
  • No Sitting or Leaning: Do not sit, lean, or rest on the dasher boards.
  • No Food or Drinks on the Ice: Food, beverages, and snacks are not allowed on the ice.
  • Resurfacing Safety: Skaters are not allowed on the ice during resurfacing or maintenance periods.
  • No Equipment: Hockey sticks, balls, pucks, or any other sports equipment are not permitted on the ice.
  • Socks Required: Socks must be worn at all times while wearing rental skates.
  • Clear Exits: Ensure that exits and access points remain unobstructed at all times.
  • No Throwing Objects: Throwing items on the ice or around the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Skating with Children: Skaters are not permitted to carry children or other individuals while on the ice.
  • Respect Other Skaters: Be mindful of other skaters. Avoid weaving in and out of groups, and allow slower skaters the right of way.
  • Personal Space: Maintain a safe distance from others while skating. Do not push, shove, or engage in physical contact with other skaters.
  • Helmets Recommended: For safety, helmets are recommended for young children and beginners.
  • Follow Staff Instructions: Skaters must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by staff members.
  • Appropriate Skating Speed: Skaters should maintain a safe speed and be mindful of others, especially beginners and children.
  • No Distracting Others: Do not distract or interfere with other skaters, whether through loud noises, abrupt movements, or engaging in unsafe behavior.

The smallest skate size available is a toddler size 9. There is no minimum age, but skates are required.

A variety of ice skate sizes are in stock, ranging from toddler size 9 to adult size 14. While we will have a large selection of each size, we can not guarantee that your size will be in stock for your booked time. If this happens, our guest service team will be ready to provide solutions to get you on the ice!

Yes! Our outdoor rink is made of real ice, and it even requires a Zamboni machine to clean the ice between sessions!
