The Family Annual Pass offers families year-round access to adventure at Montgomery Whitewater. For $599 the family annual pass includes up to four qualifying family members, with the option to add additional eligible members for $99 each.
The Family Annual Pass includes access to all on-site paid activities for 12 months from activation, as well as exclusive passholder promotions and discounts.

- Seasonal activities such as ice skating

- Activity access is subject to availability, weather, staffing, and operational needs.
- Activities are seasonal and may not be available year-round.
- All age, weight, height, and safety requirements apply to all passholders.
Family Annual Pass Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the pass works for many types of families, eligibility is based on the relationship between each passholder and the designated Responsible Adult, not on shared address or living arrangements.
Responsible Adult Identification
Every Family Annual Pass must have one designated Responsible Adult who manages the pass. This person:
- Must be age 18 or older
- Does not have to be a passholder
- Must have a qualifying relationship to every passholder
- Is authorized to complete the agreement and manage the pass
- Signs all waivers for minor passholders
- Is responsible for communicating all pass rules and expectations to all passholders
Who can be included on the pass?
Eligibility is based on legal and family relationships, not shared address or household residency.
Up to four individuals may be included, with the option to add additional qualifying family members for $99.
Eligible Adults (18+)
Adults may be listed on the pass but are not required. Eligible adults include:
- Biological, adoptive, or step-parents
- Foster parents
- Legal guardians or court-appointed caregivers
- Spouses of the Responsible Adult
- Adult siblings of another passholder (ages 18–25)
- Adults age 26+ only if they are a parent or legal guardian of a minor on the pass
Eligible Minors (Under 18)
Minors must have a qualifying relationship to the Responsible Adult, such as:
- Biological, adopted, or step-children
- Foster children
- Minors under legal custody or guardianship
- Siblings who share a parent or legal guardian with the Responsible Adult
Verification Requirements
Montgomery Whitewater may request documentation to confirm eligibility at the time of activation or any time during the pass term. Providing false or misleading information may result in pass revocation without refund.
Pass Structure & Add-Ons
- Pass includes up to four eligible individuals, with the option to add additional eligible family members for $99. Please note that all add-ons share the same expiration date as the original pass, regardless of when they are added.
- Passholders cannot be changed, swapped, or substituted until the pass expires and is renewed.
Non-Transferability & Misuse
- Passes are non-transferable and may not be shared.
- Only the named passholders may use the pass.
Expiration & Renewal
- Passes are valid for 12 months from activation.
- Passholders can only be changed during renewal.
