2026 Nature School

Nature School, presented by Max Credit Union, is a hands-on outdoor learning program designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong connection to the natural world. Students explore the plants, animals, and ecosystems of the River Region through age-appropriate outdoor activities, nature journaling, creative projects, and collaborative games.

Classes are led by experienced instructors with a range of outdoor education and safety credentials. Their lessons emphasize observation, problem-solving, communication, and environmental stewardship, helping students understand not only how ecosystems function, but also their role in caring for them. Small group sizes encourage connection, teamwork, and individual growth, creating an environment where children feel confident exploring, learning, and expressing their discoveries.
